I led Fastned’s 2024 website redesign, applying Ellen Lupton’s Design is Storytelling framework to structure content and user experience. 
I conducted stakeholder interviews across Corporate, Sustainability, and Partnerships, then facilitated six context workshops to translate insights into a scalable information architecture.

The redesign gave Fastned its first measurable, structured foundation, where little had been tracked before, enabling ongoing conversion optimization and still serving as the basis for its web presence today.

In a crowded talent market, Maandag® stood out by designing a digital experience that feels human.
With a team of strategists, developers, and designers, I redesigned their platform to create a more human experience, added personalized job recommendations, streamlined applications, and introduced new UX features for the design system.

Our work collective work helped Maandag® win the 2023 Effie® Brand Award, boosting applications by 147%.

The CBRE Elevate app is a white-label platform that enhances workplace experiences across CBRE’s Dutch Office Fund portfolio, including Delftse Poort, WTC Utrecht, and WTC Amsterdam with scalability for future expansion.

Together with the client, and in close collaboration with a visual designer refining the design system, we crafted features like community engagement, desk booking, and a loyalty program, and more - creating a premium office experience that elevates how people work.

Across the three launch buildings:

• 62% activation within 3 months of launch
• 48% returning weekly
• 55% desk-booking adoption and 40% loyalty participation, driving 18% uplift in in-app amenity sales
• 3 buildings live, with white-label architecture cutting per-building launch time to ~6 weeks

2018

Zapp presenters were trapped in a digital dimension. Only kids at home could save them.

I worked on the TV and VR concept from the start. And led product and game design for this 10-week transmedia experience on NPO Zapp, a weekly drama series wrapped around a live VR game broadcast every Saturday morning. Kids played minigames on zappmissie.nl that directly affected the VR world in real time, hunted for clues on Instagram during the week, and heard their name called out by their idol on national TV.

Broadcasting live VR linearly was technically uncharted in 2018. Designing for it, immersive for the presenter, readable on TV, playable on a second screen, required constant experimentation.

30,000 live gamers weekly. Won multiple awards.
